Monique Squeo-Bolsius, a vibrant and beautiful 53-year old woman, of Rumson, NJ, passed away on March 18, 2020 after a two year battle with cancer.

Monique was born to Philip and Lillian Squeo in Jersey City, NJ in 1966. She grew up in Teaneck and Alpine, NJ where she attended Tenafly High School. She continued her education at George Washington University receiving a Bachelors of Arts and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Education. Monique started her career as a teacher and branched out as an entrepreneur and business owner, founding and operating King’s Wood Art in 2007, which sold, appraised, and consulted on fine art.

Monique is survived by her devoted husband, Todd, her beloved children, Philip 16, and Isabella 13, and her sisters, Robyn, Tina and Nanci.

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank, New Jersey, on Friday, March 20, 2020, from 4 pm to 7 pm. Due to the current health crisis, please remember that no more than 50 people are allowed in the funeral home at any given time. Therefore, the funeral home would urge you to limit the amount of time you spend inside the funeral home so that others may enter and pay their respects. In addition, please make yourself aware of social distancing while in the funeral home.
