After a long illness, Pauline L. Satter 75, passed away peacefully on Feb. 6, 2021.  She was born in Red Bank and resided in Monmouth County her entire life.  She was a parishioner of St. James Church. A proud graduate of RBC where she remained active in community outreach, alumni activities, and reunions.  

Pauline was a bookkeeper for Six Flags, Jackson and lovingly known as the CFO for her husband’s mechanical contracting business.  An original super mom - Pauline was a working mother, homemaker, caregiver, PTA volunteer, and supportive fan at her children’s sporting events.  Pauline was an avid reader, she enjoyed cooking and baking, playing card games, Jeopardy! and spending time with family, friends, especially her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.  

Pauline was predeceased by her parents Howard and Pauline Havens and husband of 35 years John Thomas Satter in 2000; her brothers-in-law Victor Satter, Richard Satter, and James R. Fischer; sisters-in-law Elizabeth (Betty), Morgan, Joan Calt, and Carol McLean.  

She is survived by her sister Mary Ann Fischer; sisters-in-law Virginia (Ginny) Baker and Patricia Satter; brother-in-law Steven McLean; daughter Sandra Scheuer and her husband Eric; son John Satter and his wife Trisa.  She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Haley Scheuer, Ian Scheuer, Madilyn Satter, and Morgan Satter.  

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021, at 10am at St. James RC Church, 94 Broad St., Red Bank, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, 23 Main St. Suite D1, Holmdel, NJ 07733 or Interfaith Neighbors (meals for homebound seniors) 810 4th Ave., Asbury Park, NJ 07712.
