David B. Cadamuro passed away peacefully, in his sleep on December 17, 2021.  He was a retired Senior Accounts Sales Manager for Power Generation at Solar Turbines, a subsidiary of Caterpillar, in Upper Saddle River NJ, where he led turbine-power generation sales of gas turbines in the 1 Megawatt to 50 Megawatt range for over 20 years, always being highly respected by his colleagues. 

Originally from Rumson, David graduated from Christian Brothers Academy class of ’72, and Stevens Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and also a Masters of Management Science degree.  A lifelong member of the Chi Psi Fraternity, he served as its president while at Stevens, and is a continued supporter of the Chi Psi Scholarship Fund.  During his too short, yet brilliant life, David enjoyed sailing, skiing, competitive fencing, traveling, attending Broadway plays, and relaxing poolside.

He is predeceased by his mother, Elaine Dorsey Cadamuro and father Norbert J. Cadamuro, and brother Joseph J. Cadamuro.  David is survived by his sister Linda (Cadamuro) McBurney and her husband Patrick, and his brother John W. Cadamuro , his wife Barbara (LuBrant), and their son John Franklin Cadamuro to whom he is Godfather.

A Memorial Gathering will be Thursday 12/23/21 from 10:00 am to 11:00am at Thompson Memorial Home 310 Broad St., Red Bank, NJ 07701. Burial will be private.
