Robert L. Bogart age 76 of Holmdel passed away peacefully at home on December 2, 2023.
Bobby was born and raised in Monmouth County. He was born in Riverview Hospital and was raised in the River Plaza area, attending Middletown High School, graduating in 1965. While attending high school he met his one true love, Margaret Ann (Macdonald), and they were married for 54 years. Bobby was a retired union electrician Local 400 in Wall Township.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting with his father in Pennsylvania. He liked kayaking with his friend Walter. He and Walter would also take trips to Atlantic City and enjoy the Casinos. He also looked forward to his walks at Sandy Hook with his dear friend Wanda.
Bobby was predeceased by his parents, Joseph V. and Emma A. (Lomax), a nephew and a sister-in-law. He is survived by his wife "Beatle", his brother Joseph C. nephew Joseph, and other great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6th from 10-12 pm, with a prayer service at 12 pm at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701. Burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown, NJ.
