Dan Seslar, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was 78 years old.
Born in Ohio, Dan was a devoted family man who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was the rock of our family, offering unwavering love, guidance, and strength. His kindness, wisdom, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Dan is survived by his devoted wife, Kathleen; his cherished children, Kary Sink (husband Brad), Dan Seslar (wife Lindsay), Brian Seslar (wife Anna), Patrick Seslar (wife Carmella), and Christopher Seslar (wife Erika); his brother Gary Seslar; and his grandchildren: Bradley, Shane, James, Dylan, Mila, Lincoln, Wilson, and Lilly.
He was passionate about boating on the river, playing a round of golf, and always giving his time and energy to those he loved. His legacy of love, kindness, and integrity will live on in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd from 2-5 pm at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd at 10 am at Holy Cross Church, 30 Ward Ave, Rumson, NJ 07760. Interment will be private.
Though he is no longer with us, Dan’s love and spirit will remain with us always.
