Vicki De Noia, age 75, passed away peacefully om March 26. 2026, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, and service to others.

Vicki's professional journey spanned decades of exceptional care and leadership in nursing and health care. She began her nursing career at Riverview Medical Center working as a perioperative nurse and then in Respiratory ICU for nine years.

She then became Director of Clinical Operations and Marketing for Transworld Nurses Home Health Care, where she recruited, trained, and placed nurses and home health aides. She later became Executive Director of Staff Builders, Inc., where she oversaw sales, clinical operations and support for three offices in Monmouth County. She became Director of Nursing Education for subacute and long-term care facilities of Meridian Quality Care Management.

She decided to go back to nursing and got her Masters in Nursing at Monmouth University where she graduated number one in her class. She then began working as an Advanced Practice Nurse in primary care - working in the offices of her husband DR. Anthony P. De Noia in Holmdel, Tinton Falls and Atlantic Highlands.

Afterwards she worked at Meridian Primary Care where for the last 15 years she specialized in the treatment of Osteoporosis. This was her passion. She was widely recognized for her expertise and was referred to by many providers in the area due to her leadership in managing the disease. She opened the Center for Bone Health at her office as she strove to have Osteoporosis recognized as one of the leading causes of death in women.

During her nursing career her exceptional contributions were recognized with several prestigious awards including the Hannalore Sweetwood Mentorship Award from the Monmouth University Lamda Delta chapter of the International Nurse Honor Society.

In 2014 she was honored with the Diva and Don Award for her extraordinary and exceptional contribution to the advancement of healthcare and the nursing profession in New Jersey.

Beyond her professional life, she also made significant contributions to the community.

Vicki will be remembered for her extraordinary dedication, generosity, and enduring impact on The ARC of Monmouth community. As a founding Chair of the Winter Glow Committee since 1982, Vicki gave more than 20 years of her time, energy and heart to ensure the event's success. From 1984 - 1989 she served as chairperson for the annual Winter Glow Ball. She served on the board of directors from 1982-2000 serving as president, board chairman, and board member.

Her passion for the mission, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment helped shape the Winter Glow Ball into the meaningful cherished tradition it is today. Her legacy of service and compassion will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Outside of her nursing and community service, Vicki found her greatest joy at her beach house in Cape May, which she called her "happy place". She cherished her time spent there with her husband Tony, her family, and her beloved dog Baxter.

She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, generosity, and unwavering dedication to helping others. Her legacy lives in the countless lives she touched, the comfort she provided, and the example she set for future healthcare professionals she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband Dr. Anthony DeNoia, her stepson Chris, and her grandson Michael and his wife Karson, her nieces Danielle and Lauren who were an important part of her life, She is also survived by her siblings Peter, Ricci, and Jere, and her aunts Vi and Dorothy. She was predeceased by her father Peter De Pascale, her mother Ruth, and uncle Edward De Pascale.
