Services will be private. Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank, NJ was entrusted with the arrangements.



Memorial Gathering will be Friday, October 23rd from 3pm-6pm at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street Red Bank, NJ with a prayer service at 5:30pm. In keeping with the current state mandates regarding COVID-19, face coverings must be worn by all visitors and will not be provided by the funeral home. Guests will be directed to briefly greet the family and exit the building as soon as possible thereafter as only 25 persons are allowed in the funeral home at a time. Donations in her honor can be made to the Monmouth County SPCA. 



 A Memorial Service will be held for Howard on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church, 255 Harding Rd, Red Bank, NJ 07701. In order to attend the service, all attendees will be required to complete a health form https://howard-mason-funeral-tower-hill-first-presbyterian Reservations are required by the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 180 Newman Springs Rd, Red Bank, NJ 07701, Aslan Youth Ministries, 255 Harding Rd, Red Bank, NJ 07701, or Tower Hill Presbyterian Church. Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank, NJ has been entrusted with the arrangements.





Visitation will be on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 3 to 6P.M., at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St., Red Bank.

In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to VNAHG Hospice, 23 Main St, Holmdel, NJ 07733.


A military service is being planned for a later date.

Donations in Bill’s name would be greatly appreciated to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. 


Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ on Thursday, October 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery of Middletown, NJ.



Services were private.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in her name to St. Jude’s Hospital and the American Heart Assoc. 


A private Requiem Mass will be celebrated at All Saints’ Memorial Episcopal Church in Navesink with interment in the parish cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either Holy Cross Monastery, PO Box 99, West Park, NY 12493 or the Convent Community of St. John Baptist, PO Box 420, Mendham, NJ 07945



Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St., Red Bank, NJ 07701.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Church of the Nativity, 180 Ridge Rd, Fair Haven, NJ 07704. 

Burial will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Family and Children's Services (FCS) of Monmouth County.




Visitation will be on Thursday, October 1, 2020, from 5 to 8 pm, with a Firemen's Service at 7:30 pm, at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank.  

A funeral service and burial will be private. 


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th at 10 am at Church of the Nativity of Fair Haven. Burial will follow mass at Mt. Olivet Cemetery of Middletown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family would kindly appreciate donations to Loughlin Connects at, a fund providing IPads for students to support remote learning at Bill’s alma mater, Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Brooklyn, NY.
