A Memorial Service will be held for Howard on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church, 255 Harding Rd, Red Bank, NJ 07701. Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank, NJ has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 3 to 6P.M., at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St., Red Bank.

A military service is being planned for a later date.

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ on Thursday, October 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery of Middletown, NJ.

A private Requiem Mass will be celebrated at All Saints’ Memorial Episcopal Church in Navesink with interment in the parish cemetery.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Church of the Nativity, 180 Ridge Rd, Fair Haven, NJ 07704.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Family and Children's Services (FCS) of Monmouth County.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 1, 2020, from 5 to 8 pm, with a Firemen's Service at 7:30 pm, at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29^th at 10 am at Church of the Nativity of Fair Haven. Burial will follow mass at Mt. Olivet Cemetery of Middletown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family would kindly appreciate donations to Loughlin Connects at https://igfn.us/vf/Loughlinconnect, a fund providing IPads for students to support remote learning at Bill’s alma mater, Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Brooklyn, NY.

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ on Sunday, September 27, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Masks and social distancing are required. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, September 28, at 10:15 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church, Lincroft. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
