Frank John Wrublewski, of Palm City, Florida, formerly of Linden and Fair Haven, New Jersey, died on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at the age of 102. Frank passed away at home with his children after a stroke. Of his brothers and sister, he was the last surviving child.
Frank was born on December 3, 1920 in Linden, New Jersey. He enlisted in the Navy in 1939 during WWII and discharged as a Chief Petty Officer in 1945. After the Navy, Frank attended Rutgers University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1949. Dad married the girl next door, Dorothy Sofie Sweet on May 8, 1949.
Frank worked for the Army Research and Development Group in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, for 27 years as an Electronics Engineer. After a few months of retirement, he went back to work for Avionics Instrument in Carteret, New Jersey, for 10 years. Frank and his wife Dorothy retired to Lighthouse Point in Palm City Florida in 1988.
